  • Booking Deposit: A 20% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
  • Pre-Departure Payment: An additional 30% payment must be completed at least 30 days before your safari departure date.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance can be paid upon arrival in Tanzania in cash.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy ensures fairness and clarity:

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • 30–59 days before departure: 90% refund of total safari cost
  • 15–29 days before departure: 80% refund of total safari cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 50% refund of total safari cost

Tipping & Gratuities

Our guides and support staff work hard to make your safari unforgettable. Tipping is appreciated and customary in Tanzania:

  • Safari Guide: $15-25 per day per group
  • Safari Cook: $10-15 per day per group
  • Porter/Support Staff: $5-10 per day per person
  • Recommended total: $10-15 per guest per day

Tips can be given in USD, EUR, or TZS at the end of your safari.
